Welcome to RanchodeCielo, we are glad you stopped here for a visit. We offer horseback riding for our family and friends on our ranch , which is, located just 45 minutes South of Lake Tahoe and 45 minutes East of Sacramento California. Although we are fairly close to downtown Placerville, we are secluded enough that an activity with us can feel like stepping into another world. We have a real working ranch and we enjoy sharing it with our guests while striving to provide them a safe, pleasant visit rich in Western hospitality. Paul & Barbara accompany all rides to help point out little things easily missed such as wild flowers and wild animals, share our knowledge of the area and to help ensure a safe trip. We hope you can come join us some time soon.
